ranking system?

so in my first clan, the leader put together this ranking system idea. basically if you were new youd be a private, and every week or couple weeks the clan would get together in a private tourney and youd rank up by placing first in a match of people better than you.

that sounds like a cool idea, but honestly i think it'd just be more of a hassle than anything.

here, we basically have three ranks: new members, active members, and Elite members (the people who have been chosen to represent us on Gamebattles.com)

this isnt really a rank based clan, theres king whos top dog then the rest of us are serfs...

The moment we start to get ranks the more people are going to start losing interest in the clan. I think we all joined this clan because of its relaxed nature, and bringing in ranks will make us more competitive towards each other. I strongly disagree with this topic

hmm i probably should say anything but i think the post above me has a point(sorry dont know ur name) this is a very relaxed nature clan and i enjoy it and adding this addition may corrupt people and start fights and such.
